Cause Description:
The Youth Employment Institute is a non-profit organization that provides GED and employment training to youth ages 16-21. We also require that students attend parenting and nutrition classes. And also provide drug and alcohol counseling if necessary. Another large component of the Youth Employment Institute, is our onsite day care center, which is available to all students who attend. We feel that having this option for our students will encourage and ensure excellent attendance. The hope is that the better the attendance, the more likely the success of our students.
