Kotor Kitties volunteers are passionate about stopping the suffering and death caused by overpopulation of cats in Montenegro. We provide high-volume spay-neuter surgeries, targeted TNR, and work to remove all barriers to spaying and neutering cats in this small, very poor Balkan country.
