Cause Description:
The Butler University Symphonic Band, Orchestra, and Jazz Ensemble have been invited by the Russian Ministry of Culture and the American Consul General's Office to perform three concerts in St. Petersburg, Russia this spring as part of their International Music Festival. It will be an amazing artistic, cultural, and educational experience for our students, as well as an opportunity to represent our university, our city, our state, and our country to the Russian people. The cost of the trip is $2000 per student, and we are trying to raise money to help defray their expenses. Please help us provide scholarships for our students to participate in the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
