DBSA Napa provides peer-led, recovery oriented, support groups for people diagnosed with mood disorders and their friends and family in a safe and confidential environment. We address the stigmas associated with mental illness and work to ease the challenges for family, friends and individuals living with depression or bipolar disorder. Some of our goals include increasing awareness by providing educational seminars with guest speakers, purchasing books and magazines to add to our library, keeping printed reference material available, and enhancing our community connection through our website, which may be the first lifeline someone finds. We need your help! Your support allows us to continue saving lives and reaching desperate families who are afraid there is no where else to turn.
