The goal of ASSV has been to try to alleviate stray
animal suffering and to build a shelter to house,
feed and care for these animals until safe and
loving homes are found for them. ASSV also strives
to educate the public to spay/neuter their pets to
eliminate the problem of unwanted offspring.
