Cause Description:
The Cutting Edge Hair & Nail Salon in Barstow wants to raise awareness and help "Cut Out" abuse in our community. We hold fundraisers, cut-a-thons & donate funds and services to our local domestic violence outreach/battered women's shelter. The owner, Amber Woods, has volunteered & given makeovers to many women at the shelter over the last 15 years. She opened her own salon in 2007 and continues to donate and help educate clients & members of the community every day about domestic violence. No one should live in fear, No one should be hurt...it's time to "cut-it-out!"
